Who we are

What we collect and why
When you book a call
We use Calendly to schedule calls. When you book, Calendly collects your name, email address and the answers you choose to give (for example your company and website) and shares them with us so we can hold the call and follow up. If you arrived from one of our campaigns, the campaign details (such as UTM parameters) are passed along too, so we know which campaign brought you. Calendly’s own processing is described in its privacy notice at calendly.com/privacy.
When you email us
We receive your email address, name and whatever you include in your message, and use them to reply and to follow up on your enquiry.
When you visit the website
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to keep the site secure and working. We also store a small record of the campaign or website that referred you in your browser’s local storage, so a booking can be linked to the campaign that led to it. This never leaves your device unless you book a call.
Our lawful bases
- Legitimate interests: responding to business enquiries, arranging and holding calls, sending proposals, and keeping our website secure.
- Contract: if you become a client, to deliver the work we have agreed.
- Consent: for any non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation: keeping business and accounting records.
Who we share it with
We only share personal data with service providers who help us run the business, such as Calendly (scheduling), our email provider, our website host and, if you have consented, the analytics and advertising providers listed above. They may only use it to provide their service to us. We never sell your data.
Some of these providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by UK adequacy regulations (such as the UK–US data bridge) or by approved contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and booking details are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client. Client and accounting records are kept for as long as the law requires (normally six years).
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy in a portable format. Email info@experts3d.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Cookies and similar technologies
By default this website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It uses your browser’s local storage for three small items: your cookie choice (if we ask for one) and the campaign that first and most recently referred you.
We will ask for your consent before we ever add tools that set advertising or analytics cookies.
If you book a call, Calendly may set its own cookies inside the booking window to make scheduling work. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
